If you have a legitimate complaint against a business and you have made every effort to contact the business in good faith to try and resolve the problem but have been unable to do so, please Click Here to fill out a complaint form. Once the form is completed you can print it out and mail it to the below address. Once we receive the complaint form we will contact the company in question to hear their response to your complaint. Our board members will then decide if the complaint is legitimate. If we find the complaint is indeed legitimate and the company fails to resolve the complaint within 30 days it will be listed as a negative mark against the company and will remain on our files for a period of 36 months.
